Visiting Allahyarham and Allahyarhamah

And so , on the first day of Syawal as usual , the routine is to visit Makam arwah Tok and Nyang. All the late Grandpas and Grandmas i supposed. The thing is when you visited such place especially during Syawal , the place is going to be full packed as family members reciting Yaasin ,Al-Fatihah and put flowers all over the grave but the thing that really really strike me the most is that , going to Makam each year somehow felt like going to a fashion event. Truly. You see this various types of colours and baju kurung newest design and all sorts of things and Free hair which sometimes disturbing. It's not that you have to wear dull colour to show that you're still mourning about the lost, Heck not. It's just, I don't know. I find the free hair thing, Disturbing. That'S All

I wore shawl to Makam and i wore it the way I should wear it. Full cover and to some people , they just like put that thing on the top of their head and WALLAAH ! Done! I ain't giving a religion talk people but please just , wear it nicely. Me , myself was a free-hair type of person and it truly ain't a issue to cover my head. I know somehow it may ruin your awesome hair , darling , you're there for probably like half an hour or maybe 15 minutes. Ain't a big deal. My uncle and aunt actually throw sarcastic words bout these people to us and to my surprise , I feel bad. It seems like they are talking about me.

The thing that i would like to highlight is that Do wear tudung/ shawl/pashmina or whatever you may call properly to Makam. It is wayyy cool to do such thing and plus , you're being respectful to other people.

# Thank Allah , I didn't saw anyone wearing kebaya to Makam. If not , I'll be shake one's head till I got back
