I actually got butterflies the night before the big day to Penang. Truly, I keep thinking what if I can't communicate well, what if I screwed up in a way that I will humiliate myself? but my biggest worry was the soft skills, indeed. There were so much things going on before the trip. Problems, small things turn into big ones. Thank God we actually made it there because i did thought of cancelling it. It took us about 6 hours to arrive and we actually followed SGGS' bus as we accidentally saw it in front of the hospital in Penang.
I must say that the facilities was great though it felt like back in hostel with the ironing room but it was fine. The best part of the room was that we, sarahani and I could see the sea :) i've been informed later that night that every room got the sea view. okay great.
There were so many things to tell because we were there for 5 days. The best part of this conference was making new friends. That's the highlight. I've got friends from Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, China, India, USA and also from Malaysia. How I miss the moments.
